As a non-governmental organization, we focus on critical sectors including education, climate change, and governance, striving to create a holistically empowered generation.
Our dedicated professionals work tirelessly to design and implement programs that open doors to opportunities, ensuring that every young person has the chance to thrive. We also serve as a vital linkage and networking platform with more than five hundred member groups organization, connecting youth with resources and each other. Together, we are building a supportive community where young voices are heard, and their potential is realized.

Executive Director

Philip Ngok holds the position of Executive Director. He is responsible for overseeing the entire operation, setting strategic goals, and ensuring that the team meets their objectives.

Karuga Kevin

Monitoring Evaluation and Learning lead

As the MEL - Lead, Karuga Kevin spearheads the efforts in tracking project progress, evaluating outcomes, and driving continuous learning and improvement across our initiatives.

Leonida Ngeno

Finance Officer

Leonida Ngeno, in the role of Finance Officer, oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support the team's financial health and stability.
